It is to be a j dirt road 12 feet wide and will cost $36.00" Twenty five miles of this road Will be completed next year The work on this project has been done under the direction of F S. Hackley Mr. Hackley will have charge of the bridge construction work on the Santa Clara river bridge in southern Utah, the bridge to be completed by January 1, 1921. The Bigelow Goddard company com-pany of St. George were the lowest bid- J ders for the construction work, the contract beinf; awarded to that firm at a figure of $10,000. The entire cost of the structure will be about $24,000. according to Engineer Finch. Steel fori the bridge Is now being fabricated by the Plltsburg-Des Moines Steel com pany.
