Show Gets Three Days on Charge of Speeding v Lobeiio Ogden storekeeper, w,i given a straight three uays' jail sentence sen-tence this morning by City Judge D. R. Roberts. Lobello was arraigned on a charge of speeding on- Washington avenue near Twentv-nlnth street. Lobello told the court that be was not going mora than 20 or 26 miles an hour. Ills testimonv was contradicted contra-dicted by Motorcycle officer H B. Flam, who told the court that the speedometer of the pursuing motorcycle motorcy-cle registered 3! miles an hour and reached 38 miles an hour at Twentv-nlnth Twentv-nlnth street. Well, there is only one thing to do," remarked the Judg , "the judgement judge-ment of this court Is three days in Jail."
