A board to arbitrate disagreements between be-tween landlords and tenants was recently re-cently appointed by the real estate board here at the suggestion of Mayor Jam.s Sowglll. it is hoped that the board, which has no Jurisdiction and; must depend upon voluntary I ont -siuns to Its ruling on the part of both i landlords and tennants, may be able to straighten out some of the tangles, over rental charged for houses and apartments-. j |
