Reserve officers of-ficers cannot accept commission-; in tbe national guard, nor can a member of the regular army reserve enlist or accept a commission in the national guard, nor can a member of the regular regu-lar army reserve enlist or accept a commission in the guard, under a ruling rul-ing by Judge Advocate General Crow-der, Crow-der, approved today by Secretary Baker. Ba-ker. It was explained that the ruling was noressary under the present law but that it was expected the new reorganization reorgani-zation army act would make provision for such officers to become members of 'he guard. 00
