Show Bravery of Rumanian Girl ScoisS: Described NEW YORK. Feb. 13. The story of the bravery and sacrifice during the war of 16-year-old Ecatcrina Teodo-roiu Teodo-roiu the Rumanian Jeanne d'Arc a girl scout who was killed in action, was told (here by Major Livius D. Teiusamau, military attache of the Rumanian Ru-manian legation at Washington in an address before the Manhattan council of Boy Scouts. The major, who is head of the Boy Scouts of Rumania, said that at the beginning of the war his country had 50,000 Boy and Girl Scouts.
