JR., held in Ogdcn, concluded its meet- jings Saturday with thf afternoon ses- sions when the following officers werei elected: Colonel E. D. Ilaskins. Salt Lake, commander in chief; S. jj. Young, Salt Lake, vice commander; Charles Rol-low, Rol-low, Ogden. junior vice commander; A. B. Van Patten, Ogdcn, member of the board of administration. The other departmental' officers will be appointed appoint-ed by the commander.
