Show uu x Society j W. C. T. U. The W. C. T. U; was entertained at .the home of Mrs. H. L. Griffin, 2661 Adnms avenue, one day last week. The meeting was in celebration of Francis Millard, Memorial day; also Union Signal Sig-nal diij'. Extracts from the life of Frances Willard were read by Mrs. I Jordan, Mrs. Hantz and others. Mrs. Welch took subscriptions for the Union Signal. It was voted to usr the Liberty bond to assist in carrying pm-hibUion pm-hibUion to other lands, and also decided decid-ed to give proceeds of the future W. C. T. U. concert. A sum was voted for the Flower Mission department. Refreshments were served by the hostess. host-ess. MIRIAM CHAPTER NO. 14. The regular meeting of Miriam chapter No. 14, O. E. S., will be held in the Masonic temple Tuesday, March 3, at 8 p. m. All members of the order are expected to be present. 11. A. TO B. CF R. T. The Iidios' Auxiliary to the Brothel Broth-el hood of Railway Trainmen will give a card party in the I. O. O. F. hall Wednesday afternoon beginning at 2:30 o'clock. SPANISH WAR AUXILIARY. The Spanish War Auxiliary members mem-bers are to be the guests of Mrs. Pearl Elliott at -her home on Harrisville Road Wednesday from 2 until 5 o'clock. The friends of the organization organiza-tion are also invited to be present. CHILDREN OF MARY.
