ROADS I Ctah Is spending more money per capita on good roads this year than any other state in the union, according , to figures compiled recently by a large automobile tire manufacturing company com-pany According to this compilation, ' $27.0.1 is going into roads for every' 'man. woman and child in the state. Montana is Utah's nearest competitor 'and is spending ?16.75 per capita.
