Show I FRANK K. NEBEKER WILL BE ' GUEST AT DINNER TO BE GIVEN AT WEBER CLUB THIS EVENING Attorney Frank K. Nebeker of Salt Lake, who is to be appointed to the position of assistant attorney general of the United States to be in charge of the, department of land investiga- 0 Hon, is to be a guest tonight at a dinner in the Weber club rooms. An invitation was extended by President Pres-ident Warren L. Watt is of the Weber r!ub to Mr. Nebeker who finally accepted, ac-cepted, although for several days he believed he could not arrange his affairs af-fairs to keep the Ogden date. The dinner will be in the nature of a farewell party in honor of the Utah man who is to be closely identified with the administration in Washington. The appointment of a western man to the important post is regarded as a step in the right direction, and the fact that Utah presents the man to fill the post is highlv regarded in Ogden. |
