Show Troops Penetrate Far Into Mexico On Bandit Chase MARFA, Texas. Aug. 21 Major Gen- ' eral Joseph T. Dickman, commander of the southern department, announced tonight that ho would remain here tomorrow to-morrow in order to go over the sltufl lion in the Big Bend district with Colonel Col-onel George T Langhorne. General Dickman's original plants to return to San Antonio tonight had been an nounced earlier in the day, prior to his arrival here.
