Show EVEN Sill LAKERS SEEK I OF 1 I. 06DEH JUDGE The efforts ot Judce Dan Sullivan of the juvenile court to assist boys constructively by eo-operatinp with farmers who wfmt boys for the summer sum-mer on their farms has been noted in , Salt Lake and applications have been made by parents in that city to Judge Sullivan to use h;s good offices in placinp youngsters where they will keep out of mischief for the summer' and at the same time learn a lesson in industry and thrill Just before the close of school, the judge announced thai be had more applications ap-plications from farmers than he could fill from anions; the boys who had ap peared before the court for acts of dp I linquency, and consequently a whole troop of students from the hiph school i applied to him to send th ra oul to the Jobs. This Judge Sullivan gladly agreed to do and announced thrt hoi would continue the work in the inter-1 est of boy welfare He has already sent out a very large number of bo;, a and still there are more applications, from boys who wish to po to the country coun-try and work during ihe vacation, anci some Salt Lake parents have joined in appeals, even though they are out of the Jurisdiction of this court.
