On the front page is a portraval of Scout life, depicting the moral influence that Scout work has on hoys Although the issue is full of iutei-esiing iutei-esiing matter pertaining to Boy Scouts, j and their organization, the editor is not satisfied with his initial effort as is evidenced in the editorial which is as follows: To the Scouts of Ogden. The scorn's oi-Kanizatiou took a big step forward when they decided to publish i local paper concerning affairs af-fairs which vitally concern the boys of the community. Inasmuch as thin is tho first attempt in this lino of endeavor, en-deavor, we cannot trutfully say that it comes up to our own standard. I We can assure you that the subsequent I issues wdl be improved greatly. We ask you to realize that this is only the beginning of what might develop into something greater and more interesting, in-teresting, something that will add life to thai great organization, the Bov I Scouts.
