OP FOR ITER ' ALLOTMENTS Cooperative agreements were drawn up yesterday by State Euglueer G F McGonagle and Dr Samuel Fortier of tho department of agriculture irrigation irriga-tion committee at the state cupitol building in Salt Lake yesterday. The agreement calls for the office of public roads, represented by Dr. Fortier, to mploy competent engineers to do the work of collecting data for the water. allotments regarding property in We ber county wihch will be aff-cted by the proposed irrigation district. Th1 Koveinnimu will pay the salary of these men, while the state will pa traveling expenses. The data of thej ngineers their determinations and recommendal ions will then bf submitted submit-ted to State Engineer McGonagle before be-fore water allotments are made. This work is scheduled to start Nov l'i and will continue for thirty days. Operations will begin in Ogden valley |
