Show II. S. DELEGATES j LEAVE FRANCE FOR NEW YORK PARIS, Wednesday, Nov 19. (Bv ihe Associated Press.) Joseph C. Grew, secretary of the American delegation dele-gation to the peace conference, probably, prob-ably, will be the only prominent official offi-cial of the delegation remaining in Taris after Frank L. Polk. Henr White and General Tasker H. Bliss, the American delegates, sail for the United States on board the transport America December 5 or 6.
