Show Harvey and Brandon Cases to Be Heard Fred Harvey, charged with receiving stolen goods from three men who pleaded cuiiliy in the clt court yes terday, will be brought before the city court Nov ruber 2fi Sam Powell le the attorney for Harvey County Attorney Joseph Bates this morning amended the complaint against Abraham Brandon, changing the same to a misdemeanor. The at torney for Brandon objected to tho amendme nt and stated to the court Mhal there were many peculiarities sur rounding the prosecution of the easel "iiau me ueitjiiuaui oebirtiu irieu jn the district court, which is a court of record Brandon was the party employed em-ployed to haul certain merchandise from the Sand Ridge to the city from the box cars Brandon, who suspected that the good;; were stolen, immediately immedi-ately gave the officers the information which resulted in their arrest and conviction con-viction 'I he county attorney Is not proceeding, against Brandon for h;uil-mc h;uil-mc the goods.
