Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, I of the intention of said board of com- j missioners to make the following de- j scribed Improvement, to-wit: To create cre-ate Tyler Avenue between Twenty-fifth Twenty-fifth and Twenty-sixth streets and Twenty -fifth street between Harrison and Taylor avenues as a paving district dis-trict and to pave the roadways therein there-in with Sheet Asphalt Pavement consisting con-sisting of one and one-half (1 1 2) inches asphalt wearing surface and one and one-half (1 1-2) Inches asphalt as-phalt binder course laid on a six (6) ilnch Portland Cement Concrete foun-jdation; foun-jdation; also to construct combination i curbs and gutters and driveways on ! botu sides of Tyler Avenue between Twenty-fifth and Twentj -sixth streets Where curbs and gutters and driveways drive-ways are not now built, also to build all culverts, Irrigation and draluage systems, curbs and gutters and side-, side-, and to construct water and 6ewer service connections from the main to the curb line at the expense of the individual owners opposi'e the lots or parts of lots or houses not now supplied with such connections The above named work shall include the necessary grading therefor and all .other work necessary to complete the I whole in a prope r manner according I to the plans, specifications and proliles 'on tile in the office of the City Engineer, Engi-neer, and lo defray the whole of Hie cost and expense of ihe abuttor's por i tlon thereof by n levy of a special tax lo be assessed upon the lot I or pieces 'of ground within the lollowing described de-scribed district, being the district to be affected or benefited bj si.ch iin-jprovemeut. iin-jprovemeut. namely All the land lying ! between the outer boundary i in is Oi 'said ttrteis and a line drawn fiftv feet back from and parallel to said outer boundarv lines on both sides ot Tyler ! The total cost of said improvement lis estimated at $47,830.00. All protests or objections to tuch improvement or to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abuiling front feet and be tiled with the city Recorder on or before the 9th day of June. 1919. The Board of Commissioners at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, to-wit, the 10th day of June, 1919, will consider the proposed levy and hear and consider such protests and objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made.
