Show -uu AUTO ACCIDENT IN SALT LAKE CITY SALT LAKE. Dec. 20. One man was seriously injured and another man and a woman sustained minor Injuries at 1 o'clock this morning, when two automobiles collided with terrific fore at the intersection of South Temple Tem-ple and E streets. Tho man most seriously Injured nnd who was taken to Holy Cross hospital for treatment, is said to be Joseph Kerr, manager of a livestock concern, with offices in the Kearns building. He is belioved to have sustained a broken right leg and possible internal injuries, injur-ies, but was unconscious when taken to Holy Cross hospital by C. Whipple of the Fort Douglas recruiting corps. Puul Fittory. :i baseball pitcher, sustained sus-tained a badly wrenched left arm; H. R. Smith or 1329 East Twenty-first South street, was slightlv Injured. According to witnesses, Tittery, driving a car for J. H. Bllton, was coming com-ing down E street and turned into "South' Temple when his car was struck broadside by the Kerr machine, proceeding pro-ceeding west on South Temple. Both cars were demolished.
