Show BOOTLEGGER TO SERVE NINETY DAYS IN COUNTY JAIL The second Jail sentence imposed for bootlegging since the prohibition law went into effect was imposed on Jesse Felix, colored, in municipal court to-1 day when Judge Barker sentenced Felix to ninety days in the county jail. The case was such a flagrant violation viola-tion of the statutes that Felix pleaded guilty as soon as tho complaint was read. He was arrested by Deputy Sheriffs Brown and Soule at tho depot Wednesday as ho alighted from the train. He had a handbag which, when opened, was found to contain nothing but liquor, to-wit: one pint bottle, five half-pint bottle, and five fifth-pint bottles.
