In army camps a slight increase in both influenza and pneumonia cases were reported Sunday, but a decrease was shown today with 3007 influenza cases and 76S pneumonia cases, the lowest figures reported sinco the epidemic epi-demic became genoral in the camps. For the forty -eight hours ending today to-day at noon new influenza cases totalled totall-ed G666; pneumonia 2079 and deaths '919. These figures brought tho total of influenza cases sinco September 13 to 290.4-17; pneumonia cases of 46,055, and deaths from all causes to 15,072. States reported Improved conditions today to the public health service were Delaware, George, Maine, Massachusetts, Massachu-setts, South Carolina and Tennessee.
