OCR Text	Show BOATS ESCAPE TO HUN PORTS' LONDON, Monday, Oct. 21. Speaking Speak-ing in the house of commons today James Thomas MacNamara, financial secretary of the admiralty, said there was good reason to believe that all Gorman destroyers and torpedo boats which had their bases at Ostcnd and Zoebruggc have escaped to German ports. Every possible step was taken to intercept them, lie said, but he added that, seeing that passage could be made nt night and that Dutch territorial terri-torial water could be used, there was np certainty that tho measures taken would bo efficacious.
