Show Society 500 CLUB MEETS ON SATURDAY. Mrs. M. S. Browning will entertain the 500 club tomorrow afternoon at her home, 2700 Washington avenue. Tho ladies will bring ' their knitting and sewing for the soldiers and the Red Cross. Card games will also be played. MAIDS' AND MATRONS' DANCE TONIGHT. Ogden's elite will assemble at tho Maids' and Matrons' club rooms tonight to-night and enjoy an informal dance as guests of the new dancing club of that organization. Tho hall will bo attractively attrac-tively decorated, there will be orchestral orches-tral music and refreshments will be served. The event promises to bo one of the more delightful on the midwinter mid-winter social calender. The officers of tho club aro: Mrs. Ezra C. Rich, president; Miss Mary Littlofiold, vice president; Mrs. R. S. Joyce, treasurer; Mrs. P, F. Kirken-dall, Kirken-dall, director, and Miss Edna Towne, secetary. For tho event tonight, the invitation committee Is composed of Mesdames William Rico Kimball, H. H. Rowo, L. T. Dee. W. C. Blnford, N. II. Janney, L. H. Peory, Edwin A. Littlofiold, Lit-tlofiold, Luke Wright, Roscoe Gwil-liam, Gwil-liam, E. R. Dumke and the Misses Ann Overstreet, Vivian Carroll and Helen Bichsol. MONDAY NIGHT AFFAIRS AT "OURTn WARD The ;uoal committee of the Fourth ward gave their grand opening dance last Monday evening from 8:30 until 12 o'clock and was a brilliant success. The ball room color scheme was worked out in a very effective manner causing much comment and satisfaction satisfac-tion among the younger sets of tho town. Tho Crawford jazz orchestra kept the dancers in the best of spirits and as this was tho opening of the season's sea-son's Monday night dances in the new ball room many pleasant evenings are being looked forward to with interest A good sociable time always assured.
