Show Great Excitement Over Wilson Note and Colors Raised in Defiance of Germans. WASHINGTON, Oct. 17. Great excitement ex-citement was caused in Antwerp when President Wilson's reply to the German Ger-man peace note was received, according accord-ing to an official dispatch today from Amsterdam.
