Show CYRIL FftRLEV' BURIEO-j I CRY CEMETERY 0II FRIDAY . A very Impressive funeral service ' for Cyril Farley, the young Ogden man who died suddenly last Monday night 1 in San Francisco, was held yesterday afternoon in the Twelfth ward meeting ' house with Bishop Thomas B. Wheel-j wright officiating. The meeting house was crowded by the many friends of' the family, city officials and relatives. ( Tho caskot and pulpit -were nearly hid- i den by tho beautiful floral offerings, tributes of esteem which the friends ! of the young man paid him as a last I respect. The service was beautiful from beginning be-ginning to end. The speakers were President Alva Scoville, Elijah A. Lar-kln Lar-kln and Fred Burdette, all Df whom had known Qyril personally, and warmly warm-ly commented on his genial, lovable personalify and kindness. Comforting words were expressed for bis wife, J Mrs. Glenna Scoville Farley, and his mother. Mrs. Mary Farley, and his family, in an attempt to assuage the I keen grief occasioned by his sudden death. ( Tho 'music was furpished by special soloists and a quartfito; The quartette, composed of Jed Epyantync, Walter Stevens, Mrs. AgncsAVarncr and Mi?s Mildred Ware, sang "Caat Thy Bread Upon the Waters" and' ''Earth Has No Sorrow That Heaven Cannot Feel." A solo, "A Perfect Day," isvas sung by William S. Wright A duet. "O. Love Divine."' was sung by Mrs. Mary Jones and Miss Vera Jones. Miss Mil- ' dred Ware sang a solo, "O, Rest in tho Lord." The pall-bearers and flower bearers were relatives and friends' of the de- : ceased. Tho grave in the Ogdon city cemetery was dedicated by Bishop Thomas B. Wheelwright. oo """ |
