Show 00 DRAW! By LOT FOB BANKING OFFICERS1 A contest involving two officers of Batten B, along with other officers or the 115th field artillery, is to be con ducted at Camp Kearny. It is to decide de-cide which shall be the ranking officers of-ficers in the regiment. According to law, officers appointed on the same date are to determine which shall rank b drawing lots. Some such a contest will be held at the camp. Just how the lots will be drawn has not been determined. Second Lieutenant Roscoe C. Glas-ma;in, Glas-ma;in, of Battery 13, will have to draw with Second Lieutenant .Marcus .S. Johnson, of another battery. Second Lieutenant Owen G. Sherwood of Bal tery B will draw with three other officers of-ficers of the same rank, Don G. Will Jams. Ray A. Young and Joseph W. Sobel, as to which of the four will rank. The reason the lots are so divided di-vided is -that the first two named were appointed on the same date and the latter four received their appoint, menta at a later date. nn |
