; BADGES FOR THE FDUR-11TE MEN Members of the Four Minute club of Ogden, who have been through three "campaigns," are to receive official of-ficial honor from the government in the form of badges and cards, according accord-ing to Chairman S. P. Dobbs of the county Foiw-Minute club. A small number of badges and cards were received by Mr. Dobbs this morning, together with a letter from the headquarters of the organization telling of the plan.
