The executive ex-ecutive committee of tho National Baseball federation and representatives representa-tives of the major league clubs will meet here September 15. Dr. Raycroft. member of the national na-tional training camp commission, was in conference with Clayton C. Townes, organizer of the federation and member mem-ber of tho executive committee, here this -week and favors a plan for conducing con-ducing organ-zed baseball by the federation fed-eration and represcnialives of major league clubs. A percontage will be given, giv-en, to owners of league parks where tho games arc played and a portion will go to the athletic equipment fund maintained by the national commission commis-sion on itaining camp activities. |
