Show DECISION IN FAVOR OF INSURANCE COMPANY Tho case of the relatives of Joel Chandler versus tho Aetna Lifo Insurance In-surance Co., has been decided by tho state industrial commission, in favor of the Insurance company. It Is said that sufficient evidence could not be found to show that Chandler, who died from tho results of u bite of a rabid dog, was in the employe of tho Washington market at the lime of the injury. Tho Washington Market had insurance insur-ance for the protection of employes, actouliug to tho state workmen's compensation act of 1917. The defendants asked for $4500 and funeral expenses. Both were denied by tho commission. |
