Show Uneout shower in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Al Peterson, who wera married recently. The guests included: Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Goodmansen, Miss Lilas Shuelson, Miss Vera Clark, Miss Gladys Hinkle, Lyman Ottcson, Leo Thome, Eli Cutler, Leland Olsen and Lloyd Nerdin. jlN SOCIETY Members of the general committee of the Parent-Teachers Association met Wednesday evening of last week at the home of Mrs. James Nerdin, president of the association.. Plans were discussed for the year and committees com-mittees appointed. The main object was to get the parents interested so that the association would be a success, suc-cess, and to get a record attendance of parents at "the meetings during the school year. Woodhouse. , Mrs. Eddie Morton entertained Friday Fri-day evening of last week in honor of her husband's birthday anniversary. Five hundred was the feature, Mrs. Dee Adams winning ladies first prize and Mrs. Clarence Connary second, Mark Gardner gentlemen's first and Atha Lee second. A delightful luncheon lun-cheon was served to Mr. and Mrs. Atha Lee, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Householder, House-holder, Mr. and Mrs. James Householder, House-holder, Mr. and Mrs. Al Nelton, Mr. and Mrs, Hage ' Thurston, Mr. and Mrs. Josh Carpenter, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Gardner; Mrs. Dee Adams and Mrs. Clarence Connary. The L T. B. Club waa entertained by Mrs.-Harry Steele Wednesday of last week at a one o'clock luncheon, after which five hundred was played. First prize was awarded to Mrs. Hebe Nichols, second to Mrs. W. H. Harris and consolation to Mrs. Mike Pierce. Covers were laid for Mrs. Hebe Ni chols, Mrs. W. H. Harris, Mrs. Mike Pierce, Mrs. Charles Sullenger, Mrs. Howard Fisher, Mrs. Vaughn Chris-tensen, Chris-tensen, Mrs. Jane Jackson, Mrs. William Wil-liam Atkinson, Mrs. Dewey Knudson, Mrs. Elmer Knudson, Mrs. C. L. Countryman, and Mrs. Fred Turner. . On Wednesday afternoon Mrs. George West entertained in honor of Mrs. Tom Nerdin. Five hundred was the diversion. High score waa won by Mrs. A. M. Peterson and consolation by Mrs. Sarah Christopherson. A dainty luncheon was served to Mrs. Nerdin, Mrs. Peterson, Mrs. Christopherson, Christ-opherson, Mrs. Frank Mead, Mrs. Art Tremelling and Mrs. A. Sliker. Mrs. E. B. Peterson of Morrison, III., was the honor guest, and Mrs. Paul Richards the hostess at a prettily appointed bridge luncheon Tuesday of last week. The guests were seated at small tables which were adorned with fall flowers. Mrs. Boyd Barnard received re-ceived honor for high score, and Mrs. Arthur Maly second. Covers were laid for Mrs. Peterson, Mrs. A. Robertson of Salt ake, Mrs. Art Maly, Mrs. Boyd Barnard, Mrs. J. B. Mrs. Basil Doman entertained at dinner, last Wednesday, honoring her sister, Mrs. Howard Bulick, of New York. Covers were laid for Mrs. Bulick, Bu-lick, Mrs. M. A. Stanfield of Murray, Mrs. A. A. Larson and sons, Weldon and Harold, Mrs. Andrew Larson of Midvale, Mrs. James Denvers and Mrs. A. O. Mugfur. After dinner, bridge was played, Mrs. Denvers winning first prize and Mrs. A. A. Larson second. Mrs. Scott Linnell was hostess to the Jolly 500 club, Thursday of last week. Mrs. Frank Mead won honor for high score and Mrs. Glen Lamb-son Lamb-son consolation.
