OCR Text	Show OFFICERS TO TESTIFY FOR IS. 1 DEB SCHUST Two members of the Ogden police force, Charles E. Layne and R. D. Pincock. will take the stand today in tho murder trial of Mrs. Bertha Van dor Schuit, charged with shooting her husband, Berend Van der SchulL It is expected the police officers will be questioned in regard to the relations rela-tions which existed between Mrs. Van dor Schuit and her husband when they resided in Ogden, at which time Van der Schuit is alleged to have troubled his wife to such an extent that tho police wero called in. It is presumed that the defense will try to prove by this fact that Van der Schuit tried to assault his wife on different occasions. Then it will be easier to show that the woman acted in self defense when she shot and killed her husband.
