The military correspondent of the Times gives a detailed account of the present conditions condi-tions of the British forces in Mesopotamia, Mesopot-amia, showing a complete contrast with the revelations in the report on the Mosopotamian expedition, made public Tuesday night in the bluo book. Maude, commander-in-chief, is radically radical-ly changed. If the Russian offensive under Gen. Yudevitch, ex-commander-in-chiof of the Caucasus, had been prosecuted tho Anglo-Italian army would now form the left flank of the Russian line. Gen.
