Show FAILDRE TO PROVIDE HOLDS AMI - ' BF COURT Vera F. Williams was arraigned in municipal court this morning for a preliminary hearing on tho charge of failure to provide for a minor child. He waived hi3 preliminary hearing and was bound over to the district court and ball was set at $300. Williams was brought to Ogden from St Anthony, An-thony, Idaho, extradition papers having hav-ing .been secured from the Idaho governor. gov-ernor. C. S. Atherly, arrested for driving a car without a license plate, was given a suspended sentence when he explained explain-ed that he had procured the plate the day following his arrest J. W. Jensen did not get off so easy for the same offense. He tried to ox-plain ox-plain that because of the bore of his cylinders and other details, he had delayed de-layed getting the license. However, Judge Barker explained that under those conditions he should not have driven the car and imposed a fine of $5 on Jensen. oo |
