H He paid the fine. H For alleged selling of whiskey, P. H P. Terry came before Judge Barker in B police court today. Ho pleaded not H guilty to the charge and demanded a H trial by jury. The case will bo tried H tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. Bail Li was set in the sum of $300, which was HQ furnished. |
