Show 26 BOYS TO RECEIVE 'M BADGES OF SERVICE SALT LAKE, July 18. J. Challen Smith, city director of the boys' work- IH Ing reserve,. made a report yesterday to J. Edward Taylor, assistant secre-tan' secre-tan' of the state council of defense, of ' i his trip of inspection of the camps of ; the Garland district, stating that the boys are in splendid health, contented and "making good."
