Show j.1 mi 1, I H'-i.i UHJHIMIW 1-JLIiM , III I I 111 illMI.J ELEVENTH WARD SIS' DRAMATICS "Rebecca's Triumph," a threo-nct comedy, ! was successfully presented last night by tho Eleventh Ward Girls' dramatic club, beforo an aud-ionco aud-ionco that filled tho ward amusement hall. Moro than a hundred old people peo-ple vroro in tho crowd of spectators, as guests of tho dramatic club and, with the others, greatly enjoyed tho entertainment. Tho young ladies who handled their roles in an especially effective manner, were Ellen W. Warner, as Mrs. Henol Bokeman; Margaret Davidson Dav-idson as Mrs. May Delaine; Luella Nicholas as Gyp, a colored girl; Bor-uico Bor-uico Hill as Dorothy Gaines, and Vin-nio Vin-nio Cuffiin as Clarissa Codman. Other Oth-er members of the company handled the less important roles capably. This evening, the play will bo repeated re-peated and following the final curtain, cur-tain, tho crowd will bo privileged to dance until midnight. oo |
