D Uetrs. slate enKinr-er, who ruled that BBepage water in Utah is not subject to appropriation until it reaches a na tural stream or channel This decision was made in the case of the application of Henry C. Hall of Haydcn in Llnta county, who asked for one-seventh of a cubic necond foot The case is important, not for the amount involved, but for the principle princi-ple affecting all other applications under un-der the law.
