UP WELL III OGDEN Sergeant Earl Gaines, in charge of recruiting here for the regular army, with offices at 336 Twenty-fifth street, said today that Ogden had eclipsed Salt Lake's record last week by recruiting re-cruiting six fit men and the record may be exceeded this week.
