Show oo AMATEUR TEAMS TO PLAY FOR IE FIT PLACE Captain George Wcssler and Manager Man-ager J. W. O'Brien of th'e Utah Power & Light company baseball team have completed arrangements with Man ager Tommy Fitzpatrick of the Stall and Dean, Salt Lake, team, for a series of three games to decide the amateur championship of Utah. The first game will bo played in Salt Lake, Sunday, Sept. 4; the second in Ogden, SepL 5 (Labor Day), and the third, Sunday, SepL 10, also in Ogden. Og-den. These two teams appear to be well entitled to batilo for the state championship cham-pionship as they havo not only superior super-ior class to the teams in their respective respec-tive divisions, but have won or broken brok-en even In series with eeams from oeher states. |
