Show uu- POLICE KEPT BUSY WITH THEFT CASES Salt Lake, Aug. 12. Several thefts were reported to the police yesterdav. Phillip Gomez, a Mexican, said lie had been robbed of ?100 near the Miners' hotel. He furnished a description des-cription of the man he said robbed him. M. J. Saterwhite of the Hampton hotel said that when he awakened yesterday morning he discovered that some one had entered his room and had taken a pair of pants, 30 cents In cash and a Mexican coin. On suspicion that a man who gave his name as . Earl Young is a burglar, three detectives, C. W. Blair, Fred Schultz and Herbert Lelchter, ves-terday ves-terday arrested him.
