Mr. and Mrs. Garrett Glen left Sunday Sun-day over the Union Pacific for St. Louis. KNIGHTS OF KHORASSON. Next Saturday night, in the Knights of Pythias hall, the Dramatic Order of Knights of Khorasson, El Sababa temple, No. 39, will hold its second ceremonial. The ceremonial will be opened at 8 o'clock and the following Tyros will be initiated: A. E. Pratt, E. E. Pratt, J. A. Howell, H. B. Forbes, C. Koch, E. M. A. Larson, A. M. Hodge, C. F. Harris, H. H. Mark, C. Nelson, M. McCommant, William A. McGaw, C. H. Turner, Henry Drew, W. L. Underwood, Un-derwood, H. Allen, Charles Taylor and Max Davidson of Ogden and ten candidates can-didates from Salt Lake. It is expected that the initiations will be witnessed by more than 100 members of the order from Ogden, Salt Lake, Garfield, Provo, Midvale and cities in Idaho, Wyoming and Nevada. Ne-vada. Following the ceremonies, a banquet will be held at the Hermitage Hermi-tage hotel. The Dramatic Order of the Knights of Khorasson is an auxiliary order to the order of Knights of Pythias, and El Sababa temple, No. 39, is in charge of the following officers: Hoyal princes S. N. Randolph, W. II. Underwood, H. P. Johnson, Chris Fisher; Royal Vizier, H. H. McCartney; McCar-tney; Grand Emls, William Waters; Sheik, C. B. Hart; Mahedi, Frank Manning; secretary, S. N. Randolph; treasurer, Phil Klipplei Satrap, James Terry. J1'-: Sahib, William Crawford. ' The committee ion arrangements for the observance of the event is: P. F. Kirkendahl, II. L. Tavlor, G. B, Hart, William D. Watson, Allen Oou, William H. Luddington. The toastmaster at the banquet will be A. E. Pratt and the speakers will "be J. A. Howell, AY. I. Underwood, II. P. Johnson, J-I. H. McCartnev, William Waters, S. N. Randolph. The menu will consist of: Soup, salad, olives,- trout, potato chips, chicken, peas, celery, ice cream, assorted as-sorted cakes, coffee, cigars. On next Thursday night, November Novem-ber 23, the D. O. K K. of Ogden will give a special dance at the K. of P. hall. |
