Show Beatk and Fisiaerals MA HON Mr. W. L. Mahon died on the Pullman car of the S. P. in the Ogden yards last evening and was taken to the Kirkendall funeral parlors. par-lors. He was a traveling salesman of mine supplies for a New Jersey firm and a son, Ross Mahon, will arrive in Ogden today to take charge of the body. Funeral services will probably be held In Bute, Mont. Mr. Mahon was about 53 years of age. LITTLE Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Little, who died in Salt Lake City, will be held in Ogden in the Ninth ward chapel, Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Bishop W. O. Ridges officiating. of-ficiating. Remains will lie in state at tho home of Mrs. A. B. Wright, 3296 Adams avenue, from n a. m. until un-til funeral hour Sunday. The body will be brought from Salt Lake to this city Sunday at 10 a. m. Interment, Inter-ment, City cemetery. RUDD The funeral of Charlotte Char-lotte E. Rudd was held yesterday yester-day afternoon in the First ward chapel, with Bishop D. IT. Ensign En-sign presiding. Many friends and relatives of the pioneer woman attended at-tended the service, and her bier was covered with floral tributes. The speakers were Bishop Robert McQuar- rie, Bishop Ensign and Daniol Stephens. Ste-phens. Special music was furnished as follows: "Not Half Has Ever Been Told," Mrs. Mary Farley; "All Thro' the Night," Bernice Tyreo; "The Christian's Good-night," Jennie. Thor-stensen; Thor-stensen; "Rest on tho Hillside, Rest," Mrs. Farley, Mrs. Tyree and Miss Thorstensen. The pallbearers were Horace and Dewey Ensign, Richard Pincock and J. W. Wolstenholme. Interment In-terment was in the city cometery, the grave being dedicated by Richard Pin-cock. Pin-cock. v. BOWEN The body of Mrs. Avilla Booth Bowen, wife of Casep P. Bowen, will be shipped tomorrow at 1:30 p. m. to Thornton, Idaho, over the Oregon Short Lino railroad. Funeral services will be held at Thornton, Monday, and the body will be interred in tho Thornton Thorn-ton cemetery. Friends may view the body this afternoon and evening at the residence of Mrs. Jed Abbott, 825 Twenty-seventh street. |
