Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commissioners to make the following fol-lowing described improvements, to-wit; to-wit; To create both sides of Henni-ger Henni-ger avenue between Twelfth and Thirteenth streets, the north side of Twelfth street between Washington avenue and Engineer's station 144 -j- 41.6 "B," the south side of Twelfth street between Washington avenue and Engineer's Station 147 --85.0 "B," and the west side of Farley avenue between Twelfth St. and Engineer's Station 205 --07.0 "A" as a sidewalk district and to construct con-struct therein, including all intersections, intersec-tions, concrete sidewalks five feet in width and four inches in thickness, except at driveways where the thickness thick-ness of the sidewalk shall be six Inches, Inch-es, tho removal of all trees, fences, poles, buildings, etc., where necessary the building of culverts, irrigation, and drainage systems, together with the necessary grading therefor, aud all other things necessary to complete com-plete the whole in a proper manner according to plans, specifications, and profiles on file in the office of the City Engineer, and to defray the whole of the cost and expense of tho abuttor's portion thereof by a levy of a special tax to be assessed upon the lots -or pieces of ground within the following described district, being tho district to be affected or benefited by such improvement, namely: All the land lying between the outer boundary lines of said streets and a line drawn fifty feet back from and parallel to said outer boundary lines on both sides of Henniger avenue between be-tween Twelfth and Thirteenth streets, the north side of Twelfth street between be-tween Washington avenue and Engineer's Engi-neer's Station 144 -- 41.6 "B," the south side of Twelfth street between Wash ington avenue and Engineer's station 147 --85.0 "B," and tho west side of Karle aenue between Twelfth street and Engineer's station 206 --07.0 "A," being part of the Northeast quarter of Section 21, part of the Northwest quarter of Section 21, and part of the northeast quarter of section 20, all in 'township 6 north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, United States survey, all within the corporate corpo-rate limits of Ogden City, Utah. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at 8,250.00. All protests or objections to such improvement or to the carrying out-of out-of siuh intention must be presented I 1 in writing signed by the owners of abutting property describing the same together with the number of abutting I front feet and be filed with the City Recorder on or before the 27th day of May, 191G. The Board of Commissioners at its lirst regular meeting thereafter, to-witl the 29th' day of May, 1910. will hear and consider such protests or objections objec-tions to said improvement as shall have been made and will consider the proposed levy. Notice is hereby given that special taxes for the purpose of Sewer, Sidewalk Side-walk and Curb and Gutter are due due and unpaid in amounts and upon the land all in Ogden City, Weber ber County, State of Utah, as set forth and described In the delinquent list hereto attached, and that unless said taxes, together with the cost of publication, arop aid to the under- I signed on or before the 22nd day of May, 1916, sufficient of the real property prop-erty upon which said taxes are a lien, will, on said day, be sold, at public auction, for said special taxes, costs of advertising and expenses of sale, to the highest responsible bidder bid-der for cash, at the north front door of the City Hall in Ogden City, Weber We-ber County, State of Utah, beginning at the hour of 12 o'clock noon of said day and continuing until the hour of o o'clock p. m. of said day, or until all of said property shall have been sold on said day, to continue the sale of the remainder on the following day at the samo time and place.
