Show CARRIE MADSEN IS SUING FOR DIVORCE In the district court, Carrie Madsen has commenced divorce proceedings against Enoch Madsen' on the grounds of failure to provide, cruelty and drunkenness. She asks for the care anstody of the minor children, 315 a week alimony and costs of the suit. The plaintiff avers that she married the delendant August 7, 189o and that there are six children. It is claimed by the plaintiff that Mr. Madsen has been in the habit of drinking heavily and that he has failed to provide for the family. She says that at divers times he has been cruel toward her and beat and choked her. It Is also said that the defendant has threatened threaten-ed to burn the home. The plaintiff requests that he be restrained from visiting the home, lest he set plt on fire. uu I Society MRS. FARNSWORTH TO READ. Mrs. R. S.
