Thncher and Charles Echivarria Echivar-ria pleaded not guilty to charges of gambling, this morning in the municipal muni-cipal court, and their hearing was set for tomorrow morning. They are alleged al-leged to have been playing pool for money. Ed Love and W. E. Johnson, 62 years old and tho possessor of but one good leg, ox-pressed ox-pressed a desire to leave the city beforo noon and was given permls' sion by the judge to do so. He was arrested laBt night at the Lyceum theatre by Patrolman John Russell and charged with drunkenness. L. H, Wilson, charged with cruelty to animals forfeited $5 bail.
