In the District Court of Weber County, State of Utah In the matter of the estate of John T Ballantyne, deceased. Notice Is hereby given that Harri son B. Child as the administrator of the estate of John T. Ballantyne, deceased, de-ceased, has filed In said court his petition for an order of suid court authorizing au-thorizing him to borrow the sum of $6500.00, for a term not exceeding five years, at a rate of interest not exceeding eight per cent per annum, and as such administrator to execute a promissory note therefor, and secure se-cure the payment thereof by mortgage mort-gage upon the following described property of said estate, situated in Weber county. State of Utah, to-wlt The northwest quarter of the northeast north-east quarter of Section 13, in Township Town-ship 5 north. Range 2 west of tbe Salt Lake Meridian, United States Survey; and a part of the southeast quarter of Sec tion 12. in said Tow n-Bhip n-Bhip and Range, beginning at the southwest south-west corner of said quarter section, and running thence north 4 minutes east 98.06 feet along the quarter section sec-tion line, thence north 89 degrees 10 minutes east L532.6 feet, thence south 4 minutes west 98 G feet, thence south 89 degrees 10 minutes west 1332 0 feet to the beginning; also, the southwest south-west quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, in said Township and Range; also. 36 shares of the capital stock of the Davis and Weber Counties Coun-ties Canal company. And said court has made Its order requiring all persons interested to appear before said court, in the division divi-sion thereof over which the Honorable J. A. Howell presides, at the County Courthouse. In Ogden City. Weber County, Utah, on Tuesday the 10th day ot November, 1914. at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. of said day. then and there to show cause, If nnj e ists, why said administrator should not be authorized to borrow said sum of money, execute said note, and mortgage said property, or such part thereof as may be necessary. as prayed In his petition.
