Show FOREST NOTES Nearly 4000 acres were reforested in Montana and northern Idaho during dur-ing 1913, at an average cost of $7.50 an acre. The best forested area of China is in Manchuria. The principal tree varieties are pine, cedar, larch, fir. yew. oak, ash, elm. walnut and birch.
