NOTICE. SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION. West Warren. Warren &. Randall, Weber County, Utah. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of rosoluuons adopted by the Board of County Commissioners ot eber County. Utah, on June .JO, 1913, Special Elections are hereby called in West Warren, Warren ana Randll Road Districts of Weber county, Utah, on Tuesday, July 22, 1913, at the 6chool house at West Warren, and at the residence of H. J. Randall U Randall In said districts, between the hours of 7 o'clock a m, and 7 o'clock p. m , on said day, for the purpose qi submitting to the qualified electors within said district a proposition to authorize the Board ot County Commissioners Com-missioners of Weber County, Utah, to levy for the fiscal year 1913. a district dis-trict road tax of l'lvo (5) mills on ail the taxable property within each of said districts, to be U6ed exclusive) lor the construction and repair oT roads and highways situate therein. Only registered voters residing with in said districts, who shall have paid property tax thereon in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve (1912j shall be entitled to vote at such election.
