Avon returned to her home Thursday from a three months trip to California. Her daughter, Mrs. Art Maley and Mr. Maley who have spent the past two weeks on the Coast returned re-turned with her. F. E.' Turner and daughter, Mrs. Mark Hansen visited Mrs. Turner in Salt Lake Wednesday. Mrs. William Mace and son, Walter, spent last week end with relatives in Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Kent and two daughters, Doris and Kathleen Kath-leen spent Saturday in Salt Lake Mr. and Mrs. J. Kymes spent Tuesday and Wednesday in Salt Lake. Miss Melba Turner and Miss Helen Byrne, of Salt Lake, attended at-tended the Junior Prom and were guests of Mrs. Mark Hansen last week end. Jim Jimas, the affable manager mana-ger of the United Drug Co., lias recently installed a number of booths in his place of business and is now in a position to handle han-dle soft drinks and ice cream to the ladies of Copperfield. The inside of the building has been entirely remodeled and decorated decorat-ed and is looked upon with pride by the people of Copperfield. Copperfield Brevities Mrs. O. C. Jones returned home Tuesday from Emporia, Kansas, where she was called by the death of her mother in that city two months ago. Mr. and Mrs. Al Mugfur spent several days in Salt Lake the past week. Miss lone Clark of Spring City is spending two weeks here with her mother Mrs. W. Tongue. Mrs. William Wallace left last week to visit with relatives in Michigan.
