R., will present to the school a bronze tablet uKn which is inscribed the emancipation proclamation issued! by Abraham Lincoln shortly after the beginning of hostilities between the north and the south A special pro-cram pro-cram has been arranged by the academy acad-emy to precede tho presentation of the tablet and an invitation to attend la Mended to the general public.
