interfering with the orders 0 the court by advising certain debtors of the said estate to pay no moneys to said F A executor instances are specified and the said asks that these two men be permanently enjoined from interfering ter fering or meddling in the matters ot the estate or with the said executors in the discharge of their duties judge alles issued an order citing mulvin and maloney to lapps here this morning he was held to answer before the united states court without ball deputy marshal smythe will leave with the prisoner for salt lake this afternoon it appears that wallace and waddell both of whom were detailed as cooks in the troop had some difficulty over some milk wallace went but as the milk was not ready tor him he returned without it some time after this waddell began abusing wallace for not bringing abc ellk whereupon a quarrel ensued in which threats were exchanged waddell finally made a rush for wallace who retreated hastily and entered an adjoining room grabbing a potato masher as he went and as waddell entered the room wallace gave him a heavy blow on the side of the head from the effects of which waddell died a few days later SUPPOSED PENNEY MURDERERS A fillmore special considerable excitement has been caused in this city today over the supposed murderers of the penneys now in the county jail your correspondent was told that the woman wished to be interviewed buc the sheriff has warned all reporters to keep away from the prisoners he has even taken a bulldozing stand stating it a reporter goes near the prisoners or even gives news out without bis content there is likely to be trouble this evening the prisoners were brought into court and charged with the murder of the penneys both pleaded not guilty and apparently not understanding the charge said they wanted no attorney to defend them tho prisoners have been separated with the intention of getting a confession after separation the woman said they are treating us
