Cochems of Wisconsin presents name of Governor McGovern. Job Hedges seconds nomination of Root. Great cheering, delegates rising and waving hats and applauding vociferously. vocifer-ously. Hedges quoted complimentary trib-uto trib-uto of Roosevelt to Root, causing great amusement Hadley follows Hedges to second McGovern's nomination. Loud and prolonged choering.
